When is a distance treatment best suited?
- If you are wanting more communication or information from your animal
- If your animal is aggressive
- If you are wanting a treatment aimed more at anxiety and stress
- I find this works best as they don't feel so confronted and vulnerable, as in person
When is hands-on best?
- When your animal has on going body issues
- When your animal Is lame/limping
- But don't worry if your not sure you can always ask!
- I quite often find areas on animals that could do with hands-on treatment after I have done a distance one
- You will noticeable results either way

Animal Treatments
- All that is required is a photo and the name of the animal
- You can give me as much or as little info as you like
- If there is anything in particular you are wanting to know, worked on, or communicated then just let me know
- Treatments take around 1 hour
- I just require the animal to be loose when I am tuned in and treating it. So a larger animal like a horse has to be loose in a yard or a paddock (can be in with others), while a smaller animal like a cat or dog, has to be loose and not sitting on someones knee, otherwise I can find it hard to seperate the energies and information for the treatment, but also they need to be free to move and release as they feel they need to
- During the treatment, I work on all of the animals energy fields, Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I release energy that no longer serves them, and energy that does not belong to them
- I re balance energy in all of their energy fields
- I do a full body healing
- I re ground the animal at the end of the treatment
- After the treatment I will message you the treatment details and findings and any communication done
- The animal will be tired and thirsty for 24 hours after treatment, so I recommend horses not to be ridden or worked for a day or two afterwards.
- Energy healing can take up to two weeks to take full effect
Human Treatments
- All that is required is a photo and the name of the person I am treating
- You can give me as much or as little info as you like
- If there is anything in particular you are wanting to know or worked on then just let me know
- Treatments take around 1 hour
- I just require you to be relaxed when I do the treatment, either laying or sitting down doing nothing. How ever you feel comfortable
- During the treatment, I work on all of your energy fields, Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I release energy that no longer serves you, and energy that does not belong to
- I re balance energy in all of your energy fields
- I do a full body healing
- I re ground you at the end of the treatment
- After the treatment I will message you the treatment details and findings
- You will most likely be tired and thirsty afterwards, so I recommend picking a time and day for treatment that you can just relax afterwards if need be
- Energy healing can take up to two weeks to take full effect
Hands-on Treatments

- Hands-on treatments are unique to the individual I am working on
- No two treatments are alike
- Some clients require more physical work, while others may need more on the emotional level
- I work with energy through my hands, as well as light touch. If necessary and permitted by the animal, I incorporate firmer pressure and massage techniques
- I am happy to demonstrate how energy feels. Simply ask and I can direct energy toward your hands, resulting in a warm, sometimes hot, or tingly senstation
What to expect during a hands-on treatment
- If I am working on an animal I tend to hold them myself, as it is more secure and allows me to have full control over the animal's movements
- As part of the healing process, animals may shift or move around during treatment. This is completely normal and helps them release and readjust.
- Sometimes the owner can interfere with the animals energy with their touch. so I prefer the animal not to be touched while I am treating them
- Horses tend to become mouthy, bitty, fidgety, paw the ground, chew or try and eat. Don't worry about these things, most horses will do these things, and its not a reflection on them or their personality. It can be completely out of their normal. These are evasive techniques from them, usually they will release by yawing after doing these things
- Some animals can go the other way and become completely chilled and almost fall asleep and that is fine too
- Treatment response in animals is challenging to anticipate since it depends on their internal circumstances and perception of safety. Many animals will become calm and cooperate once they realize that I pose no threat and experience my gentle touch and energy. However, they can also sense my intentions, which is why I never force them to allow me to treat specific areas
- I work for the highest good of all I work on, so I work where needs the work. This could be somewhere completely different to where they are showing issues or pain
- During my work, I communicate with the animal (telepathically) to determine where adjustments are required or where I am working. Please rest assured that they are not always talking about you or their likes and dislikes
- I do sometimes do the releasing for the animal I am working on, So you may see me rocking, moving, adjusting myself or yawning
- Sometimes the owners can experience this too, or they can become tired and need to sit down. If this happens you can just let me know and I can adjust how I am working so it doesn't effect you. (sometimes the owners need some healing as well, as it could be something going on with you that is effecting your animal
- Animals especially horses are healers, they can absorb energy and release it from others, allowing them to take on physical ailments from their owners. This can happen by walking over or through energy or simply by being touched
- I work on the animal as a whole. I release energy that no longer serves them and energy that doesn't belong to them
- I re balance energy in all of their energy fields, from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
- I also do a full body healing and work on any areas of concern.
- At the end of the treatment I will re ground the animal
- Following the treatment, you may observe several noticeable differences in your animal. These changes may include softer and clearer eyes, a more settled and affectionate temperament, a change in body shape (such as growing taller or gaining weight if they were in a thinner or finer shape), reduced swelling (if any), easier to handle, calmer disposition, or a more sociable nature just to name a few
- After the treatment your animal will be tired and thirsty for the next 24hours. so I recommend them to rest for this time, and horses not to be worked for two days due to the physical body adjustments that have been done
- Energy treatments can take up to two weeks to take full effect, so you may notice changes through out this time
Red-light Therapy
What is red-light therapy?
Red-light therapy works on a cellular level, and it increases blood flow
It enhances and improves circulation to the skin, and therefore, it brings oxygen and nutrients to injured tissue and promotes healing
It helps repair injury, reduces pain and inflamation, and it kicks out old degenerative cells
It works on a number of things, including bones, tendons, muscles, joints, immune system, skin problems and lots more

With my back ground I have always had "norty" horses and ponies.
I was brought up riding ones with a lot of behavioural issues. I loved to go fast and to hang on and not fall off!
There was nothing I couldn't deal with
As I have got older and have gained a lot more knowledge and experience, I have realised there is always a reason for behavioural issues and "quirks"
Most of the time it is pain related. Either it be from, feet, body or trauma, mentally or physically.
If it's not, it can be as simple as miss communication
I am natural horsemanship and parelli based.
This was how I was taught to ride. I was taught from the ground up.
My philosophy is "If you can't do it on the ground, why would you expect to be able to do it when ridden?"
My aim is to be as soft as possible, to use clear communication with body language and cues. I work with the horse not against it. I want that strong partnership based off trust. With the correct foundations and basics everything else should be easy
